Flying to Krakow Balice Airport

The John Paul II International Airport Krakow-Balice is located 17 km west of the city centre. Krakow Airport is the largest regional airport in Poland. Four independent access routes to the centre of Krakow: city bus lines, railway connection, minibus lines, Krakow Airport taxi. Direct train and bus connection from the centre of Krakow with all the important places in the region and other cities in Poland. How to get to AGH University from Krakow Airport Balice and Krakow Railway/ Bus Station?

The fastest way to travel from the airport to the center of Krakow is by train operated by Malopolska Railways (SKA1). The journey takes approximately 17 minutes, and trains run every 30 minutes on average. The platform from which the train departs at Krakow Glowny should be checked upon arrival at the station, as any platform changes will be communicated to passengers. The platform at Krakow Airport is located next to the passenger terminal. All trains also have spaces for disabled passengers and persons with reduced mobility. Train operates 7 days a week.
