General information

The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the conference program. The organizer reserves the right to cancel the conference due to reasons beyond their control; in such a case, all registered participants will be notified of this fact by e-mail. The organizer is not responsible for the personal belongings of participants during the event.
During the conference, the organizer reserves the right to take photos and record the course of the conference in the form of photographic and video documentation of presentations and images of participants for use in publications of AGH University and the UNESCO AGH Chair, as well as on the Organizer’s websites.
